Sign Maker – ALB Operator, Letter build

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading signage company in the Yorkshire area. Due to continued growth they are looking for ALB Operators to join their fabrication team.

**Main responsibilities for this role include:**

* Create and edit files for router and automatic letter bending machine
* Form letter returns using various tapes and extrusions
* Bond letters in accordance with company’s procedures
* Ensure effective and continuous letter building, minimising unnecessary down-time
* Comply with company’s high standards of manufacturing and quality checks

**Essential criteria:**

* Previous experience using letter bender machine (ALB, SDS or similar) – ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience manufacturing, both forming and gluing, build-up letters
* Experience using vector graphic editors (e.g. SignLab, CorelDraw)
* Good computer skills
* Strong visual skills and good eye to detail
